Frequently asked questions

Is it free?

Yes. Snipply is free, adds no watermark and needs no account. It is paid for by the ads on this website.

Is my photo uploaded?

No. Everything happens inside your browser, so your photo never leaves your device. That also means no upload wait and no queue.

What does DPI change?

DPI tells printers how big to print the photo. The tool writes it into JPG and PNG files, so a 413 × 531 pixel photo at 300 DPI prints at exactly 3.5 × 4.5 cm.

Can I also limit the KB?

Yes. Tick Keep under and type the KB limit.
