Exam Photo and Signature Resizer

Choose your exam and each upload is made to its exact pixel size, KB range and format, with a white background behind your photo. Free, and nothing is uploaded.

How to prepare your uploads

  1. Pick your exam in the tool. Each upload (photo, signature, thumb impression, declaration) is listed with its rules.
  2. Click an upload and choose your photo or scan. Photos get a white background and are framed; signatures lose the paper and shadows.
  3. Check the green line: it confirms the pixels, the KB and the format.
  4. Download each file, or Download all as a .zip. Already have a file? Check a file I already have tells you what is wrong and fixes it.

Frequently asked questions

Is it free?

Yes. Snipply is free, adds no watermark and needs no account. It is paid for by the ads on this website.

Is my photo uploaded?

No. Everything happens inside your browser, so your photo never leaves your device. That also means no upload wait and no queue.

The form says a minimum KB but my signature is smaller. What happens?

A small, clean signature can be under the minimum even at top quality. The tool then adds empty padding to the file (the picture is unchanged) so it reaches the minimum, and tells you it did.

Is 1 KB 1000 or 1024 bytes?

Portals differ. The tool uses the safe side of both: the maximum as 1000 bytes per KB and the minimum as 1024, so the file passes either way.

My exam is not in the list.

Choose Custom and type the width, height and KB range from your notice.
